Apple Valley Ford experience in 2026. It's been 30+ Years since I first drove this used car lot dreaming as a teenager of a first car. I met an old salesman Wes Ackerman that is no longer selling cars in 2026 but that man was a legend. I proceeded to buy probably 10 or so cars over the decades and referred even more. Fast forward, my daughter needs a car, my mom needs a new vehicle if I'm lucky maybe I'll get one too... Car 1: 16 year old daughter needs a first car. What better way for a kid to get the experience of buying a first car then with Apple Valley Ford. Youth loan thru our local credit union, and the whole purchase experience at the dealership was a first class flawless experience so much so we returned for car 2. Car 2: Mom needs a new vehicle! Mom and I meet Jillian. Where do I start, Jillian helped my boomer parent (yeah I said it) comfortable with all the new touchscreen tech and driver-assist features—and pulled it off effortlessly. Mom is thrilled, making it win number two. Car 3: (My Turn) After repeated trips driving the used lot, the new lot, and back again, I sat down with Jillian for myself. I came in with negative equity on my trade and a specific monthly budget to hit. She listened, ran the real numbers, and found a way to put a deal together on a brand-new vehicle instead of settling. This is where Veronica steps in. The finance team at Apple Valley Ford is top tier. I needed a specific loan build accommodating the situation with extended plans that I wanted, gap coverage I needed and she built exactly that, in budget, and Jillian delivered the keys to a new vehicle! Today we went in looking for a new explorer and got introduced to Tommy. The time we spent looking at multiple colors/trim options all while having our two young daughters with us (as stressful as it could have been) Tommy handled us and the girls amazingly and helped turn what could have been stressful into a very fun experience for us and the kids! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Now for the GM… Joe and I drove around in our trade in and he was the nicest guy that genuinely wanted to help. Trystan Martinez did a great job asking questions, ranking my preferences, and matching me with a couple of vehicles. The word I would use to describe my experience is transparent. Joe Seppa, the GM, showed me how he calculated my trade-in value. I never once felt like anyone was trying to squeeze every dollar from me. I left feeling that both sides won and were happy with the deal. Nicely done!

I was very happy to get my dead battery replaced at home. The battery would not come back to life using my charger, so the car was stuck. AV Ford's mobile service saved the day and at a reasonable price. Michael even came a bit early and took care the problem promptly.

I was going in for a normal oil change and the tech spilled oil all over the bottom of the car. The advisor came out and told me what happened, he said I want to get this all cleaned up for you. I will send you home in a loaner!

My experience with having AppleValley Ford service my vehicle went well! They provided a video of the work. I was pleased that they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and at a reasonable price! They fixed my vehicle in the time they said! They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when done!
