Buying a special new car for my wife was an amazingly positive experience at Apple Valley Ford. Our Sales consultant, Morgan, was the catalyst to that and within a very short time my wife was insistent that we would buy her car from Morgan only. Morgan delivered the most pleasant, professional, and personal buying experience we could have imagined. We ultimately took delivery of a car that my wife absolutely loves, and made a friend in Morgan and formed a relationship with Apple Valley Ford that we’ll both be recommending to other family members and friends.

The dealership is well-organized with a friendly feel when you step inside. My wife and I were greeted promptly upon entering and connected to a salesperson. Once we told him what we were looking for, and that it would need to be special ordered, the process to spec everything, agree on a price, and place the order was completed in less than a half hour. We were given regular updates on the truck’s status, and it was completed a few weeks ahead of schedule. Picking it up went very well with none of the usual upsell attempts we all dread as part of the new car buying process. Overall, my wife and I feel we chose a dealership that treated us honestly and respectfully, and we recommend Apple Ford to those shopping for a new car at a fair price at a dealer that really seems to appreciate the business and value the customer.

I had a wonderful experience with Apple Valley Ford. Bruce was my salesperson and he is just an all around good human being … which in this world was a breathe of fresh air. The floor manager was a funny guy who checked on me a few times through out the process, also very kind and no pressure! Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Jillian in sales did a great job going through all the options available. This was by far the best experience I've ever had when buying a new truck!

Morgan was an outstanding and a joy to work with. She was detailed in explaining everything, answered all our questions and kept us updated of the steps.
