Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! We drove over 2 hours to purchase our Ford Bronco Outer Banks, and it was definitely worth the time and distance. Jillian was such a joy to work with and all the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful! I definitely would give Jillian and this dealership my business in the future, and you should too, you won't regret it!

Sadly, there’s a bad recent review for Apple ford from a “DANNY DUDE”.. I actually was there when he was at the dealership and he was yelling and swearing at the employees and just extremely disrespectful and immature. He got mad cause he was sitting on a sold vehicle and they politely asked him to get out since it was sold.. he didn’t like that.. I was walking to my car when I saw the whole thing. A couple of people saw it too and ended up laughing at him as he kept yelling and swearing. Looked like he had a girlfriend walking with him and man she could do so much better. I love Apple ford and have been treated very well over the years and I’m glad I was there to see that interaction… sometimes some bad reviews are from bad characters. Always give Apple Ford a shot. They’re great to work with. The sales team and service department take great care of you. Been buying for 20 years from them.

Kaeli at AV Ford was amazing to work with! She was funny, personable, and made the entire experience so much less intimidating. Even though I don’t know much about cars, she was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. She was honest throughout the process and never tried to push me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. What really stood out to me was how attentive she was—she even remembered that I like Drake and small things like that we had talked about, which made the experience feel much more personal. Buying a car can be stressful, but Kaeli made it easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
